MARSHFIELD, Wis — Quality Tank Solutions (QTS) is inviting the community to get a firsthand look at the future of stainless steel tank manufacturing in Marshfield during an open house on Friday, September 18, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The event will be held at the Quality Tank Solutions Manufacturing Plant, 3015 E. 24th Street in Marshfield, and will showcase the company's operations, expansion plans and career opportunities.
One of the highlights of the open house will be an exclusive look at The Silo Project, QTS's newest manufacturing facility. Visitors will have an opportunity to see the facility's construction progress and learn how the expansion will increase the company's manufacturing capabilities.
The new facility will allow QTS to manufacture larger stainless steel silos and storage vessels, including vessels with capacities of up to 100,000 gallons.
Guests will also be able to tour QTS's current facilities and learn more about the work involved in stainless steel tank manufacturing.
Career Opportunities
For those interested in a career in manufacturing, the QTS hiring team will be on-site to discuss current employment opportunities in welding, fabrication and tank manufacturing.
The company is encouraging both experienced tradespeople and those interested in learning more about manufacturing careers to stop by and speak with the hiring team.
Food, Activities and Live Radio
The open house is designed as a community and family-friendly event. Visitors can enjoy lunch from Hangry's Food Truck, family activities, giveaways and facility tours.
Radio station Y106.5 WYTE, “Today's Best Country,” will also be at the event for a live remote broadcast.
The open house is part of QTS's effort to share its growth with the Marshfield community while highlighting the people and careers behind its manufacturing operations.
