As the upcoming election approaches, voters are encouraged to make a plan to cast their ballot. Please review the following important deadlines and voting information:
Request an Absentee Ballot
Voters may request an absentee ballot by visiting MyVote Wisconsin or by contacting the City Clerk's Office to obtain an absentee ballot request form.
Absentee Ballot Mailing Deadlines
Absentee ballots may be mailed through August 6. However, voters should allow enough time for the ballot to be delivered by mail and returned to the Clerk's Office before Election Day.
To ensure your ballot is received on time, voters are strongly encouraged to submit their absentee ballot request as soon as possible. If returning your completed ballot by mail, it is recommended that you mail it no later than July 28.
In-Person Absentee Voting
In-person absentee voting will be available:
July 28 through August 7
During regular City Hall business hours
Partisan Primary Information
This election is a Partisan Primary.
Voters may vote for candidates in only one political party. Selecting candidates from more than one party will make the ballot ineligible to be counted.
If you have questions about voting, registration, or absentee ballots, please contact your local Clerk's Office or visit MyVote Wisconsin for additional information.
