Voters who are unable or prefer not to vote at the polls on Election Day may vote by absentee ballot. A written application to the City Clerk for an absentee ballot in person, by email, or at https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/
In-person absentee voting for the February 17, 2026, Spring Primary Election will be held at City Hall, 207 W. 6th Street, from Tuesday, February 3, through Friday, February 13. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m.–Noon.
No in-person absentee voting is held the day before Election Day. Absentee ballots may be returned by mail, dropped off at the Clerk’s Office during City Hall hours, or placed in the City Hall drop box when the building is closed.
